BETA ALANINE XP is a supplement suitable for adult sportsmen to be taken before workouts. Made with beta-alanine (1000 mg per tablet) and histidine.
From the biochemical point of view, beta-alanine is an amino acid in beta form, a precursor of carnosine and histidine, it is an essential amino acid in humans.
BETA ALANINE XP also contains high doses of niacin which contributes both to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
The product does not contain ingredients of animal origin.
