Cobalt-Vitamin C 1000 provides 1000 mg of vitamin C per tablet. Vitamin C contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. It also contributes to the normal collagen formation of for the normal function of bones, cartilage, gums, skin and teeth.
Eventually, it contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exercise (the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg in addition to the recommended daily dose of vitamin C).
